Sabo Custom Builders is a premier Homebuilder in Houston. We offer a different kind of Custom building experience. Our focus is constructing the highest-quality single-family residences. We achieve this by utilizing powerful construction management tools enabling the client and the builder to make informed decisions. Some of these tools include: job book, computerized project schedule, regular inspections, and daily contact with homeowners. Each team member works with high integrity and adheres to the Nation Association of Builders (NAHB) code of ethics as well as regularly participates in industry related continuing education.

Sabo Custom Builders also offers design services through the relationships of independent architects and designers. Our partnerships with these independent architects and designers offer our clients a variety of choices–with a check-and balance advantage. Their autonomy provides an independent eye in helping with the integrity of construction.

We also offer select residential remodeling services. Homeowners who desire expanding or updating their existing home can now rely on Sabo Custom Builder’s team of knowledgeable, experienced professionals to oversee the new construction or renovation process.

Sabo Custom Builders places high priority on timely completion of every project. We strive to build to the NAHB Green Standards (www.nahbgreen.org) and we will build on your own lot. Our professional construction team is there every step of the way guiding you through the home building process from start to finish. Just as important, you will receive up front pricing and a realistic time frame for completing your new home.

Ed Sabo is the Owner of Sabo Custom Builders and is part of the Historic Houston Heights community where he restored his 1920’s bungalow. He holds a Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University and a MBA with a concentration in Finance from Houston Baptist University.

The National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) certifies him as a Graduate Builder (CGB) and a Green Professional (CGP) and he adheres to the NAHB code of conduct and ethics.  Ed is a Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) member and a member of the Houston Custom Builders Council.  He stays informed with industry specific continuing education and regularly attends GHBA meetings.

Ed previous experience includes Operations Manager for Allegro Builders; Supply Chain Manager for Hewlett Packard‘s global PC Business Units and has commercial construction experience including  working for Manhattan Construction Company on the Harris County Criminal Justice Center.
